Croquembouche
Many may argue, but I say that Beard Papa produces the best cream puff on earth. The size is generous and the crunch of the choux pastry is a lovely contrast to the delicate vanilla-bean cream. Cream puffs make me do my happy face, which could be roughly translated as ^___^ if net-speaking.
19-year-old Margiela fanatic. Shiny, happy and remarkably loquacious during encounters with alcohol. Lives alone in a little apartment full of sunshine and ha-ha-happiness. Emotionally underweight but thrives on vicarious romance. Likes to LOL and OMG. Enjoys blasting music to her ears, walks on the beach, sunsets, and loves little tiny delicious things called macarons. Rei Kawakubo believer, Dries Van Noten follower--so yes, avant garde is the word for me, baby.
